WHAT IS HOLY TSHILI?
Check out OUR STORY for the whole shpiel, but here's a cheat sheet: Holy Tshili is a unique collection of condiments inspired by some of our favorite flavors: the toasty, nutty, crispiness of everything bagel seeds, loaded with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, crunchy dried garlic and coarse salt, with a heaping helping of crushed Sichuan chilis for a big ol' dose of fiery swagger!

Our modern-Asian, NYC-style Holy Tshili Chili Crisp (OG & Extra Spicy) combines the crispy crunch of our secret everything bagel seed mix and fiery chilis with a lux, smooth and nutty roasted sesame oil blend.

The new-style NYC-Japanese Holy Tshili Furikake combines that same crispy crunch and fiery heat with premium crushed Japanese nori flakes for a seasoning like no other!

Together, they make the ultimate spicy, fragrant, super addictive flavor explosion experience you're going to want to pour, spoon, and sprinkle all over everything you eat!

WHAT DOES "TSHILI" MEAN?
"TSHILI" is Aramaic word for chili, and it just felt right to get all of those melting pot, Lower East Side NYC vibes into our name because that is where bagels thrived and everything bagel seeds are what make us so special!

WHAT DO I PUT HOLY TSHILI ON?
You can add both Holy Tshili condiments liberally to everything you eat! Put it on your pizza, rice, eggs, pasta, ramen, noodles, dumplings, grits, and popcorn. Spoon it all over your mashed potatoes, your gumbo, your burrata, your fried chicken and yes, even your ice cream. Basically, anything that needs some spicy, crispy love! 

HOW SPICY IS HOLY TSHILI?
Holy Tshili has some great heat and definitely brings it to all that you put it on, but this isn't about that burn your face off kind of fire. Holy Tshili is all about flavor, soul, heat and love all merged together. That's why we say it tastes like the Love of 1000 Grandmas with the Sting of 1000 Scorpions! Seriously it does. Trust Us. We know these things.

Holy Tshili is a unique combination of textures and flavors inspired by everything bagel seeds, Chinese chili crisp and Japanese furikake. Below are the ingredients in each jar!

Holy Tshili Everything Chili Crisp: Sesame Oil, Canola Oil, Black & White Sesame Seeds, Dried Garlic, Poppy Seeds, Sichuan Chili Flakes, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Salt. Holy Tshili Everything Chili Furikake: Black & White Sesame Seeds, Dried Garlic, Poppy Seeds, Sichuan Chili Flakes, Roasted Seaweed, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil.

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE PRESENT IN HOLY TSHILI?
In addition to the above-listed ingredients, Holy Tshili is made in a facility where wheat, soy, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, crustacea, shellfish, fish products and gluten are present. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@holytshili.com and we will try to answer all of them!

HOW DO I STORE HOLY TSHILI?
All Holy Tshili products are ready to consume straight from the jar! They are shelf stable, do not require refrigeration and should be stored in a cool, dry place. They are best if used within three (3) months of opening.

WHERE IS HOLY TSHILI MADE?
Holy Tshili is made with ALL THE LOVE in New York with all NY ingredient suppliers and distributors! We manufacture, and package both products in small batches in a modern commercial kitchen facility located at 36-46 37th St. LIC, NY 11101.

DO YOU SELL TO RESTAURANTS OR SPECIALTY STORES?
We currently sell through our online store as well as to a growing collection of retailers (check out the STOCKISTS section of the site!), but also consider requests for larger quantities as well as boutique and commercial resellers. Please email info@holytshili.com and let's talk!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
We do not currently ship outside the U.S. Hopefully someday!
